I asked if they were unsure what the card looked like They informed me it was standard practice for all card faults. I have just phoned back and been asked to take a photograph of the card (front and back) and send it to them. I received an email telling me the case was closed and they were happy to help Please would I leave feedback on my experience After deciding that the only response would be to talk to him like a five year old, he assured me he had forwarded my fault and I would hear from the company in the next 24 hours.
I decided to go down the customer support at Sandisk, after a lengthy conversation with a representative (whom for legal reasons I won't name) I was asked if I checked the card was compatable with the Canon EOS 7D (he had never heard of a Canon EOS 7D) before I purchased it. I purchased the card from a private seller on Amazon and have been offered an exchange.
